Menieres Disease

Hi everyone!

I use (now for 4.5 years) a specific doctor-recommended program of antioxidants/nutrition that has helped to relieve all the Meniere's symptoms I was having...the fullness feeling in the ears (fluid build-up), dizziness, infections, inflammation that never seemed to go away, and also ear noises like tinnitus. I had to address my immune system overall and this was the way to do it for me. I have to tell you I struggled for such a long time with this and became debilitated and so depressed...until I had to take a risk and take a new approach.
