Sounds to me like you have environmental illness. This is how mine started. Extreme vertigo which would last for 24 to 36 hours at a time with hot sweats and vomiting. I had t lay perfectly still with my eyes closed in a dark room while this was happening and over a two year period it destroyed most of the hearing in my right ear and left me with tinnitus. The ringing gets louder now when I am exposed to certain environmental triggers. I waited too long to make the connection of what it was that triggered it all. I was able to make the connection after it was too late. Once I did I stopped the vertigo spells but the ringing and hearing loss remains. For me it was mold that triggered it but it can be heavy metals, medications, etc.

You may want to try sauna and detox clays for bathing to help pull out any chemicals that may be a burdon to your body. Also diet is very important to lower the total load on your system. I would go to a whole food diet as soon as possible. Also if there is a chance you are living in a moldy environment, best change it. Toxic cleaners, herbicides, chemicals in general can all contribute to this condition. Experiment with your surroundings until you turn off your symptoms. Need to do a little detective work. Also very important is to dramatically induce intake of salt, sugar, etc. Give up coffee, alchohol, cigarrettes, as well. Do drink lots of pure, filtered water.

Keep a journal to see if you can pin point the things or combination of things that trigger your symptoms.
