problems...need advice

I have 4 dogs. My Boxer has something very wrong with his rear left leg, I also found out that his mother, father and all but 1 sibling has died of Cancer. It's time to get them to a vet. I have neglected to take them due to not wanting htem vaccinated, but the vet won't see them otherwise. I am also having problems with my Corgie, she is scratching like crazy, the fleas are taken care of but I believe she may have allergies, she can't walk 3 steps without rolling over and rubbing her back on the carpet and scratching till her fur is gone. My Sheperd/Akita mix has very large cysts and pocket type things all over him and I'm afraid they might be tumors. The boxer also is developing these bumps. How can I go about finding a vet that doesn't have to vaccinate? And since they do go outside during the day, do they need Rabies shots? I was also wondering about my 2 cats and shots, they go in and out as they want, do they need certain shots and which shots should be avoided?
Thanks for any info, I feel just awful seeing them in pain and annoyance. they are my life.
