Pumpkin oil lamp - priced before Christmas $84, so I just got the pic.

Simple recipe
Fruit-cabbage salad w/ olive oil.
1 head Savoy cabbage, short slivers
1 fresh tomato, quartered and moderately sliced
1 diced Fugi apple
1 diced Asian pear
3 chopped green onions
2 Celery ribs + leaves, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped nuts (whatever on hand)
1 clove minced garlic
Toss with 2 Tbs Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Season to taste with Sea Salt .

If you like feta cheese or fresh yogurt cheese, you can crumble 3 or 4 oz. over the salad. If you have fresh basil leaves, a few chopped fine can be added also.
