When we are not an eye witness, we are at the mercy of an author of history.
The mystery is; which one do we believe????
Lets use this man known as "Fitzsimmons".
"IF" he in deed was a champion and based this on his ability to not eat trash food and we believed this and the record books showed him to be such a man. Then do we choose to believe another author that wrote a story about this man after he died???
We all have a choice of which author we choose to believe at a given moment.
I PREFER to believe authors that werwe alive at the time, writing about a live person of their time. I may have doubts about a author that has an ax to grind, the one who drinks his booze and eats his steak rare and was never a champaion of anything and eager to smear anyone who was famous.
BUT, never forget this, all authors are only seeking to pass on what they believe at the current moment and who ever knows their motives, were they evil or good? truthful of false.... We never know for sure...
I could care less about the man, the story or his history to a certain point. In theory, the story is sound, it follows other stories of the same nature and it leads to truths and not fiction about human health.
DEATH of authors and other famous known people
Many die young and of weird circumstances.
Lets say this guy known as Fitzsimmons did die eating a bunch of trash food and this is not an uncommon story about famous people who lived well all their lives, many a author has slammed a healthy person after they died. Lets presume it was his time to die, because it was, just as it was a time to be born, no one can change the time they die. Lets suggest the Spirit of Fitzsimmons is then released to return home and a lets say: lesser spirit enters and takes the job of destroying the body, aka eats its self to death or commits some act totally not like the REAL Fitzsimmons would have ever done in his prime of life.
Lets use Royal Rife as an example:
He went down in history and many tried to cover up that he turned into a worthless drunk his last few years of life. Does his drunkardness destroy what h4 did in his prime of life???????
Does it matter what this guy Fitzsimmons did after his fame of super human strength and how he acheived it? Not really. No more than to know Dr. John R. Christopher lay in a coma the last year of his life, this does not make his herbal knowlege worthless.
The great doctors that used the orange as the cure, they all died young, but this does not stop their theory of health from being true.
There is one true signal to watch:
The author that LIVES WELL to the day he/she dies is the author to read. The ones that are sickly their last years have failed misserable at self-applied health. Paul Bragg is the only author I know of that was doing great at the day he died, but who knows, it may be allot of false stories produced by the family so they can continue to sale products/books? Either way, I trust what Paul Bragg said when he was alive and not what others have written since his death.
A longevity expert, will be healthy up to the day he/she dies, this is by theory.
The length of lifespan is determined by GOD, the day the spirit is called home, that body will be taken over by what we can call evil and abused/destroyed. I have seen people on drugs their last days and believe 100% the real human was long gone. This is only my theory on death via drug use verses dieing naturally drug free.
ALL MY BEST AUTHORS have this WARNING:
