Jeezy-wheezy~~! that *is* a war story. Ive
never had butt burn that bad and your story
has reinforced my efforts to never have it.

My mom used to threaten to whip me till I
couldnt sit for a week so in my imagination,
you have suffered a similar fate...onliest
you did it to yourself~~! Well, lets admit
its a great job of detoxing~! I hope you
feel *butter* soon :)

Well, I bought my dozen eggs so I suppose I
will try it next week. I am still hoping
the others who have tried it will also
contribute to my anecdotal research since
the proof of the pudding or pooting, is real
people doing this and living to tell their
tale.

Thanks for sharing. I will put my own Witch
Hazel in the fridge. That is the main ingredient
in TUCKS pads which is supposed to make your
bummy feel yummy. So, appreciate your testimony
to that. Certainy worth more than 2 bits...ggg.

OH, for sitzing, I soak really good in an epsom
salt bath and then sit on the edge of the tub
and using a hand-held shower nozzle, run cold
water between your bum hole and your belly button.
I started out using a mix of water so as not to
freak out my body. Now I just turn the cold water
on full force and it cools you down real well
too. Here is another gizmo I have been looking
at. You could sit on your loo and look at
magazines and sitz...multi-tasking can be appealing~!
