everything ok, beginners mistake caused problems

thanks zoebess. it came out in the end thank goodness. i was fasting before but i went back to eating (soup and veggies) yesterday as i was having a rest day from the flush and the swf. i guess i shouldnt have ate. the swf was obstructed by some stuff, probably the veggies i ate. im so relieved im ok, as i was worried since bowel obstructions are quite dangerous i believe (not to mention its not too cool to have your bowels filled with salt water for 7 hours!). feel a bit stupid though for making a mistake like that. i eat yoghurt every day after the swf and often again later. it is not raw unpasteurised or homemade so i guess that is why its not helping. i am lookig for a kefir source at the moment and i wont be starting up again until i get some. im gonna give my poor body a break for a few weeks and concentrate on gently building up my strength and improving my overall health.

thanks again for your support and great advice. it really helps to have someone who knows on hand for reassurance when things go wrong.
