ive been doing the egg/lime/oil flush combined with swf and partial fasting with great results and no trouble - until today.
when i did my swf this morning i waited and waited but could not pass anything. i took the drink at 7am and i still have not managed to get rid of it. ive tried exercise, massage, prune juice, aloe, water, fennel tea, and finally Epsom Salts (1tbsp in 3/4 cup water) 2 hours ago. still nothing.
apart from seeing a doctor, what can i do to get it out?
