Thanks for the update and words of encouragement. I'm amazed you had no withdrawl from Effexor. I was on Zoloft for 9 years and had a hell of a time weaning. You're right about the candida and emotions. A few weeks ago I started having some enthusiasm for life again. It was weird, I've had Depression or at least dysthymia for so long that I didn't even know I could feel any other way. I thought everyone just went through life miserable. Again, thanks a lot for the encouragement!
