Hello & thanks for your post!!
Hello Mama Crow,
LOL...I know what you mean. I was just talking to a friend of mine over the wkend who is a believer in just about anything when it comes to health and natural practise so nothing would stun her. Anyway, I made the same statement 'imagine telling people you brush your teeth w/soap...they'd think either you were too cheap to buy toothpaste or old enough to have lived w/the dinosaurs'.
I kept the fact that I use baking soda as deodorant (began over 10 yrs ago) and then told my cousin. She thought it was the "grossest" thing she had ever heard so I learned to keep anything of this nature to myself.
So you've been using bar soap to brush for a while now, huh? Do you have any dental issues what-so-ever? Does your dentist know? I'm curios about all this becuz sometime within the next 3 mos I have to make an appointment w/my dentist. I've had perio issues for couple yrs now and have been keeping it "in check..not worse but not better either". I will want to see if the oil pulling and now, brushing w/soap, will help the pockets and gums. I'm figuring 3 mos should be a good time frame. What do you think?
Thanks so much for "coming out of the closet and contributing". :)
