Thank you so much for the info, its very helpful! this is my very first cleanse/fast ever. i started the tea last night. i followed the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as you suggested :) had no problem with it, and it worked according to the book, the lemonade tastes great!!! unbelievably great! i didn't realize i would need so many lemons and the syrup, so going stack up on the rest of things today, you never really know what you'll need until you get started, but you were great and head on, wish you had posted that a few days ago tho :) very good info tks again
