Can you give more info about what you are currently feeding her? When you say she picks out the meat, what does that mean? Are you feeding her a raw meat diet or some type of commercial food diet, since you mentioned dry food...?

A real raw food diet is all she would need. This would include a variety of raw muscle meats, raw organ meats, raw eggs, raw fish, small amounts of veggies and small amounts of fruits and no grains. If you feed a dog like as if it were a wolf in the wild, your dog will thrive and yes, will sniff out and devour the meat.
