Re: Oils for OP?
"There's all different kinds of oils to use. Just don't try Crisco!
I bought Avocado and Hazelnut Oil this week and am loving experimenting. These oils are cold pressed. Extra virgin olive oil is a favorite of mine, too. I want to try hemp oil, but haven't so far. Molly Bloom has a great website here that she found on oils. It can't be too far down from here.
So far, my favorite is coconut oil.
As I stated in a post today, I have so much oil in my bathroom, it looks like I should be cooking or something!"
Thanks, sounds good! I have never even heard of avocado oil before! So many new things here at Curezone in the past several months. I may need to change my Curezone name to Keep Flushin, Swishin, and Egg Yolkin. :-D
"Hello, keep flushin.
Basically, if there is a seed or nut and you can find a cold pressed oil made from that, you can OP. Sesame and sunflower are the ones mentioned by Dr. Karach and Lt. Col. Rao; however, people reporting on this forum have used a variety of oils. One or two even mentioned a brief encounter with fish oil (uuuggghh!) Plant-derived oils that are organic, cold-pressed, extra virgin seem to show the most results for OP. Some will report adding an essential oil to alter the flavor or provide an extra benefit.
Oils not recommended:
Peanut oil - aflatoxin from aspergillus mold
cotton seed - chemicals used in farming
soy - most today are genetically altered
canola - genetically altered rapeseed
corn - chemically expelled"
Thanks, most helpful! I leaped before looking into oil pulling without reading the possible dangers or side effects.
I am concerned about yellowing of the teeth. Should I be?
What do you think about Castor oil? Naughty or nice list? I imagine if I could find it cold pressed it would be a possibility.
I look forward to trying Palm oil and Macadamia Nut oil for certain!
