NPD, Narcisitic personality disorder is one of the DESTRUCTIVE personality disorders. The NPD destroys any unfortunate person, group, business, or company that are unfortunate enough to have to be near a narcissisist and deal with a narcissist.

NPD are often criminal con artists as a co morbid factor of NPD.

If you have a NPD in your life they are a very destructive element and you must get out of the NPDs orbit to save yourself.

Violent irate military killers are often NPD's, they are sent to destroy in wars and kill and maime and demolish other humans and any environment they enter, that is how our government handles NPDs. In civilian life these NPD are very destructive to others and they must be kept away from children and any healthy community. NPD's only hope is to get therapy and become CONSCIOUS and INSIGHTFUL and the NPD must then live every single day as a conscious,SELF AWARE, insightful human being and change in therapy, thier DESTRUCTIVE NPD behaviors. Most NPDs refuse to get therapy so they usually destroy anyone and everyone unfortunate enough to have to deal with them, and then after leaving paths of destruction the NPDs die in hospitals, jails or poorhouses and when they are finally in jail or the nuthouse they refuse to accept therapy because they  are too far gone and in denial, hospital systems just cut them up in surguries to neutralize them, medicate them or leave them in prisons.

NPDs need about 10 years of psychotherapy to improve and lead a NON DESTRUCTIVE life and most NPDs never even get 1 day of counseling or therapy so they never gain any self insight or become conscious enough to manage thier disease. They remain DESTRUCTIVE to any one unfortunate enough or any group or company unfortunate enough to have to deal with the NPD

NPD is caused by child abuse and that is why it is so important for people not to breed irresponsibly and create NPDs by abusing children.Although not all abused children develope NPD. see NPD citeria for diagnostic. There are no known drugs that I am aware of to treat NPDs, so mds usually drug the destructive NPD to the point of zombification so thier destructive NPD is restrained, chemically straightjacketed, so the NPD is no longer able to act out thier unresolved childhood issues by inappropriately destroying any group company or individual unfortunate enough to be near the NPD.  If you see an untreatd NPD,  they are easy to spot and identify, RUN and REFUSE ALL CONTACT AND ALL COMMUNICATION with the NPD until they the NPD seeks and receives appropriate therapy for NPD.

NPD are delusional, grandious, they live in webs of lies, delusional fantasy worlds, there is no truth in a NPD, so to try to find truth in a NPD is futile because there in no truth in the NPD, you can not find truth in a lie. Neurologists call NPDs 'brain damaged confabulators' or ' intra cranially injured confabulators', 99% of all violent prison inmates, murderers, rapists, financial criminals, abusers, are intracranially injured confabulators/ brain damaged confabulators, untreated NPDs, as neurologists find recordable deranged identifiable non correct baseline activity in the NPDs brainwave thinking electrical impulses and NPDs often have scar tissue that further deranges correct brain electrical activity and this is how they see the derangement in the untreated NPDs thought, NPDs suffer deranged neural transmission, etc etc that can be seen by neurologists in the NPDs brain scans, brain wave functions and electronic synaptic neural transmissions. We can easily identify NPD by thier cruelty to animals, thier lies, thier delusional thinking processess, thier grandiosity delusions, thier selfish, me, me, me, I,I,I, deluded sense of unmerited delusional self aggradizement and non merited self importance, untreated NPDs do not contribute or create good, thier untreated NPD only allows then to steal, lie, kill and destroy, NPDs are infantile, egostic, immature NON SELF AWARE, NON SELF INSIGHHTFUL personality types, thier lack of genuine empathy and genuine compassion for the harm they inflict other individuals, groups or companies, thier NPDs are amoral criminal and destructive often involved in financial scams and NPD disasterous, often bankrupt, morally and financially, delusional financial schemes,pyramid cons, etc, many carnival barkers and crooked salesmen are untreated NPDs. I will post the standard criteria for identifying, diagnosing and recognizing NPDs.
