Help...

Been sick for a while now. Need help

Begging October - a lttle overtrained, took time off, not recovering.

Oct - Nov. tooth ache, eventually pulled.

End Nov - contracted Pneumonia from work colleague, anti-biotics for 10 days. Symptoms gone except for cough.

End Dec - Still have cough, but just got worse with some sort of sinus congestion. Sinus congestion better, but a very dry on-the-exhale cough, that almost makes me puke. Been through my exhaustive vitamin cabinet and eating pretty well.

Thoughts for a cure?

Odd side effect is that for the last 2 days have developed an enormous amount of plaque on my teeth!! Visibly to the top of the lower teeth! Last night spent 10 minutes removing and now it's back! What causes this?
