It could be like Starbucks.....one on every corner (and I mean EVERY corner), with a kiosk in all the grocery stores. You could wear one of those hip holders, and just whip out the oil and pour right in. The apron would need to be slick...

By the way, it's hard enough to get grease stains out on clothes....but oil stains....yikes. My poor PJ's and bathrobe.
