I originally learned this from Chava. I am a protein type too, but don't know my bloodtype.
I am a pitta according to Ayurveda and ate a lot fruit, veggies and grain.
I put the protein back in at lunchtime and have only 1 fruit a day and a little bit of grain. My problem was high triglycerides. Afterwards I also read about it on a pH website.
In June I will have a cholesterol test and find out how I am doing.
I always felt well on Atkins type diets, but then changed to more vegetarian and my Ayurveda body type eating. So now I am back to meat but do foodcombining.
