RA got worse and my IBS was no better. SInce I eliminated garlic onions lemons limes broccolli leeks kale tomatoes potatoes ginger and green tea and started eating seafood daily all my symptoms have improved. I can't believe how much better i feel in 4 days!! I feel normal and its like a miracle!
