The in-between herbs are: 1/4 teaspoon each of the following daily - garlic, onion, thyme, sage, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Just put them into your food - cloves, ginger and cinnamon can go into oatmeal or applesauce and the others can spice up chicken, rice or potatoes. You can just use the powdered herbs in the spice section of any store - you can also go more on the garlic and onion if you want to.
