In between cleanses

Hi RG,
Just wondered if you could help me, again.

WOuld you just quickly list the in between herbs again. I finished a cleanse two weeks ago, and will do another after 90 days elapse. But want to do the inbetweenies in the meantime.

Secondly, I am amazed at the difference in my health since taking humaworm. I have been treating myself for chronic systemic candida for two years, with some success, but the lack of progress (meaning I was not achieving the full return to health I expected in that time), led me to investigate parasites.

Having done the cleanse, my allergies and intolerances seem to have reduced significantly (apart from gluten which I wouldn't even attempt to try!). My mood, ability to cope with life, sleep, relaxation, physical comfort, and a whole host of other things that I thought i had to live with for the rest of my life are improved or healed altogether. My hair is better, my toxic smelling, soft floating BMs ceased altogether, and the uneasy feeling I have lived with for years, that my liver was really stressed, has left me.

Can all this really be down to your simple, easy, wonderful product? I still have candida, but over Christmas I have indulged in a few treats that candida does not allow. The effects of those treats would have made me ill six weeks ago, whilst post humaworm I had a little bloating, a little headache which cleared with a couple of glasses of mineral water, and that was that.

It seems like a miracle.

My sister has just started her cleanse, and 3 days into it, is already reporting increased physical comfort! It just seems too good to be true!
