1TBS of epsom salts = ? capsules

Hey guys,

I found Epsom Salt capsules on Clark's website:

The only description it has is: Epsom Salt Capsules 965 mg, 60 count. How many capsules would I have to take for it to equal 1TBS of Epsom Salts ...

Plus, is there a big difference btwn drinking Epsom Salt versus taking epsom salt capsules? If taking the capsules are less effective, I'm willing to put up with drinking the vile doses for now...thanks!
