that would most likely be exactly as you described it.nuts,berries and small protein snacks during the day then eating plentyfull at night.
and yes,in time you do begin to crave healthier foods.I believe it's because (from my experiance) the more accustomed we become to eating processed foods,the more we want them.And i don't know about you,but everytime i eat something like fast food or a mircowave meal,in a few hours i am hungry again,but it's not actual hunger- it's more like a faux hunger or like craving or so.But not genuine hunger.i don't even eat fast foods anymore,i used to have pizza or burgers often,but now i even cut those out intentionally..i just got grossed out by them.
