strength..the old fashioned way!!


here is my abbreviated workout i do once a week- deadlifts- 3x3-5@85% 5x2-3@100% 3xTPF (with weights set at 85%) top deadlifts- 6x 3-5@100% military press- 2x5-6@85% 4x2-3@100% 3xTPF@W/85% power cleans- 3x5-6@85% 4x2-3@100% weighted pull ups-5 x 5-7 curls-5x100% may not be the biggest guy out there,but i hold my own in the strength department! (: * % = effort level a good place to begin developing power and strength is with plenty of deadlifts and military presses. (:
