Re: achy sex...

lol, sorry I couldn't help laughing at the "wee wee" description. It's possible that the problem could be yeast in either or both of you.

Are you both on any kind of anti yeast diet? Because you may need to, as it sounds like you have candida. Candida can cause loss of sexual drive, pain during intercourse, sore spots etc. It can do all of that.

Also, on top of the diet, you'd both be wise to make sure you are consuming healthy fats. This is half the problem of today, people are cutting too much fat out of their diet, or lessening it and you desperately need fat to lubricate. Loss of fat inside, produces dryness on the outside and friction and this would also cause it down below too.

the candida diet will help reduce yeast levels in your body. The intake of the appropriate healthy fats - butter, organic coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, lard, even the fat on meat, will help your body internally. It will help the skin, the brain, it will encourage bile production and of course will increase the release of toxins.

As an external lubricant, you could try the organic coconut oil. But I would concentrate on the inside first, as the outside problems are only a reflection of what is wrong inside. Your tissue/skin down there needs help internally and you'll be giving your body exactly what it needs by the candida diet and healthy fats and a very wise idea for both of you would be to include a fish oil supplement to take internally. Cod liver oil is excellent.

Very simple stuff, and you should see a difference after doing this for a few weeks. If you'renot already doing it and if you are, id' be very surprised! To me it's yeast and drying of the tissue. I wonder if you and your wife have similar dietry habits and you both are getting the same problems.
