Re: Please help me:)
Hi
I don't have much faith in your doc saying you don't have parasites. Once you do your humaworm cleanse you will feel a lot better.
parasites and candida very, very often co-exist.
If I were you I would go on a strict candida diet. The seizures, the rashes, the thrush, etc etc, can all have their roots (pardon the pun) in systemic candida and I would completely ignore your homeopath's advice to introduce yeast and
Sugar into your diet. Don't do it! My kinesiologist told me I could have chocolate, amongst other things, despite systemic candidiasis. Something that would make me very ill. I too cannot tolerate alcohol anymore (more's the pity), and my grain allergies certainly didn't clear up after a few months. It takes a long time for an enraged immune system to return to normal, and until your leaky gut is healed, truly healed, your
food intolerances will stay. Leaky gut is very difficult to heal, and getting rid of candida is just part of it. THere are
parasites that bore holes in gut lining too, which causes leaky gut also.
Eat a high veg diet, with lots of good quality protein, oily fish, eggs if you tolerate them, good oils, meat and poultry, seeds if you can and plenty of pungent veggies and herbs and spices (candida and
parasites hate them), along with some good quality minerals and vitamins. I would cut out all, and I mean ALL grains for a while to rest your immune system, and see how you feel after a week or two. Go easy on the potatoes, if you cannot live without them, and beans and lentils. Drink bottled water with the correct PH (Buxton is spot on, if you have it where you live) and use organic
Sea Salt , never rock salt.
If your symptoms improve, your
Depression lifts, and your energy levels rise, then you are in no doubt that you have systemic candidiasis and a
parasite problem, both of which can be kept in check quite easily. These improvements will be felt very quickly if you follow the above advice. If you don't feel better, then you need to look elsewhere for an answer to your problems. It is a good idea to take liver support supplements, but your Humaworm has a lot of that stuff in, anyway.
Good luck and I hope you get some relief from your poor health soon.
