Re: Diet
Hi Frank,
The first thing I did was buy some tinctures from Julia Chang at sensiblehealth.com.(I think that is her website) That started to get me out of my pit. By the way, one of her tinctures is curcuma, which is from turmeric. That's really good for your liver, and I've been wondering if that's why it helps you so much. I tried the liver flush that Julia Chang encourages everyone to do, and it usually didn't help, and several times made me very sick. I gave up on that and started Gerson Therapy, which is where I found out about the coffee enema. I followed his diet for about 4 months, found a doctor who told me how much of his recommended supplements to take, and although I improved in some ways(parasites started to come out), I became very weak and obviously undernourished. His diet didn't have enough real protein for my body since I had been vegan for so many years. So I fearfully started to add chicken, and found that it didn't stall things in any way and provided needed protein. I still do the coffee enemas on and off as they are my only means of pain control. When I started doing them I had very frequent migraines and other pains. The coffee enema is a very good way to detox your liver. I've been able to eat a much wider diet since I started doing them.
I react to most things, too, even herbal products. I recently started using products from DNR and they are only helping, not causing problems. The are made with mineral water encoded with the light waves of the healing substance. As a matter of fact, I've been using the heavy metal remover which is called COF, and I called them up a couple of days ago to find out if it was named after coffee, and it is. They said it is coded mostly from the coffee bean, which has a lot of detoxifying properties.
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
Well, I hope you feel better.
Betta
