I'm loving this!!!!
I love fasting, but I also love feasting and this way of eating is 100% me! Since breaking my fast I've been eating one meal a day and have been able to maintain a clear head at work during the day. And when I get home I eat like a Queen. Food tastes as good as it did when I broke my juice fast, every time!!!

I basically start the day with half a squeezed lemon and some olive oil before my workout, followed by a glass of diluted fruit juice. Then it's nothing but water until the time of my feast which includes yummy foods from all the food groups and even a chocolate bar now and then.
I still want to lose about 10-15 pounds. I'm thinking to eat every other day to achieve this, then I'll go back to being a true warrior again!
I imagine this forum isn't quite so active as the others. This way of eating is so perfect, there's hardly any problems to discuss!!!!
