i have instinctively checked out most protocols that i could with stopping them. i look for two things - one, was the effect i thought i was getting actually coming from what i was doing and two, i want to make sure that i am not creating a dependency on something. if i HAVE to keep doing something to get the benefit(other than daily diet and routines), i am not interested. one of the scariest things, to me, would be dependence on a doctor for a prescription, like a diabetic for insulin or for dialysis for kidney function. NIGHTMARE!!!!
