please help i am begging

help me please anyone. i am really sick got the runs 7 times a day. got severe abdominal pains below belly on the left hand side. cant walk cant talk really everthing comes confused. i ve got blak dots in my stool everytime i eat carbs or Sugar or yeast based produts the dots get bigger, i ve been tested by homeopath and they said i ve got entameoba. i think ive had it for 30 years but cant prove it. taking indian medicine helping but not killing it. also think theres a worm involved i feel coming out at night. seem to come from intetine and then goes into stomach when it feeds i can feel it swimming like waving if that makes sense. i am homless lost eveything house wife kids because i am sick and cant prove i got parasites.not passing in stool.please help desperate homlees going mad on the floor literaly speaking cant aford special diet cant afford meds.someone read this and help i am reall really really desperate for help. anyone that knows something about this stuff please help
