Cino, You may not be able to afford anything right now, but that is okay.
First start out with the basics-- You may have parasites, but your body needs an edge so you can deal with them. Here is some things you can try , if you cant afford to go to a doctor. Mean time, in your case, I would prefer you do see a doctor for the diahhriea, etc. You may have something microscopic causing that.
1- Try to stay away from anything chemical first of all.
2- Eat alot of yogurt- Not yoplait or other joke of a yogurt, but REAL honest yogurt with the live cultures. Since you may not be able to afford a packet of probiotics, it is the next best thing.
3- YOu must continue to hydrate your body from the constant diahhria. You need potassium especially. Bananas are rich in this, but in your case, I would go to the grocery store and buy a few
quarts weekly of as natural as possible fruit juice -- not Kool Aid either- but REAL juice! Even if you have to get frozen fruit and stick it in the blender, that would be good too.
4- Also buy some raw garlic. Cut up a Clove a day at least and put it in your foods - and eat it. It will kill alot of bad bugs and will also kill or handicap actual worms. Pinworms, for example, hate garlic.
5- Make sure to also start eating alot of raw onions with your foods.
6- You already have found that your symptoms get worse by eating grains and sugars, so stay the heck away from them! you cant' afford to cheat on some starchy grains at this time. Also stay away from beer because of the yeast.
7- I would buy green vegetables from the grocery store-- organic if possible, but at least wash them of pesticides. Blend all and make veggie drinks with them. Your body may not be able to absorb the nutrients from chewed food right now- so
juicing or blending your fruits and veggies will increase vitamin absorption.
8- Consider the fact that you may have Celiac Disease. It is more common than you think. Only one tiny crumb of something that contains Gluten will cause massive diahhria and cause you to double up in pain. Check out the Celiac forum here at Curezone. Stress, pregnancy or disease can bring on Celiac that could have been dormant in you for years. My sister has it- and got it after losing her first husband (stress). Celiacs have to cut out all grains from their diets. Many can't even tolerate oatmeal, but some can eat that. You can't even eat food that was manufactured in the same factory as grain products, because just a bit of grain dust from in the factory can set off a Celiac attack. There are many companies that specialize in making food for those with Celiac disease. In America it is often misdiagnosed and little understood by our doctors here, but in Europe (especially Italy) it is more known.
With intestinal issues, such as Celiac or any type of intestinal problem, sometimes worms will make a haven for themselves in that part of the intestines. Worms often hang out for the ride in areas that are diseased. It is good to do a
parasite cleanse when you get more stronger-- but if you deal with the root cause, it may also chase away any worm condition there.
9- While making sure to drink vegetable or fruit juices, I want you to buy some Unrefined
Sea Salt . Take a pinch of that with your juice-- it will restore some balance in the intestines. Also some apple cider vinegar (raw type- not the joke of applecider that is diluted, but the oldfashioned type (Bragg's is one company that makes it) taken daily will help with the ph balance in your digestive tract- and may be vital in your case.
10- Ripe bananas will bind your bowel movements more and help you from the diahhriea. They also have potassium which you need.
Hang in there!
hugs
