Men can be so hard with this doctor things. They would sometimes rather avoid seeing a doc than facing the truth. You may want to talk to him about the possibilities and consequences of such enlarged testicles and ask him if he would have them checked to please you as you couldn't put your mind at rest about thee whole thing.
It may work but not necessarily, it depends upon a character. Good luck!
