I have recently become more romantic with my boyfriend and have discovered that his balls are the size of grapefruits. I asked him if they were always that size or if they have gradually grown over the years and he said that they do very gradually increase in size but there is no pain, etc. in the testicles. Is it possible for a guy to have testicles that are this size? And is it normal for them to "grow" as a man gets older? As a woman, I guess I just presumed that they got smaller as a man aged...but what do I know, lol.

I am worried about going any further with my boyfriend because this may be something medical...including elephantitis (which involves a parasite infestation) or a bacterial issue.

Any advice would be SO greatly appreciated.
