Re: Stomach pain due to die-off/need to detox?
This is a something that commonly happens with many people. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, some more of this this, stop eating that, start taking this, stop taking that, etc. Because there is no one single plan or approach that is being used, you can end up going around and around with these problems for a long time.
It does sound like you have systemic candida and may be experiencing some die-off, but you're not taking anything that effectively kills candida. Pau D'Arco and yogurt can suppress it a little bit, but the problem still persists. I would suggest a step-by-step approach to eliminate systemic candida. This is the approach that the LifeForce Plan follows.
You need to eliminate all foods that feed candida or cause the excess production of mucous. At the same time, you need to take something that effectively kills it. As you do these two things, you need to increase the elimination of toxins to avoid die-off reactions. Then when you've killed enough of the candida, you can start to add the beneficial bacteria back into the body.
In my experience, the approach that you've been using will produce the results that you've been getting.
