oh come on. while i can understand the philosophy of the diary being as healthy as the cows blood, your overdoing it.
i personally feel diary has its use, just not much when pasteurized. homemade yoghurt though, as being explained by sites like http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/yoghurt_scd.htm
i feel has great nutritional value, because what it does is basically 'unpasteurize' the yoghurt and restores its effective bacterial properties and therefore the bacteria 'itself' once in the body is able to digest the proteins and vitamins/minerals in said yoghurt and thus lays no burden on the body because it becomes a whole food again which is totally digestable
