This is juice fasting, the only fasting I promote.
Each year Fasting becomes easier and easier as the body looses its fairs about foods. I can now go 5-7 days with zero food, very little drink and not get the first hunger pain. I believe, the first day you have ZERO FEAR about food, will be the first day you will never put the stuff in your mouth again. I still see what we call food as our prime source of death to the body.
