New to MH's method.

I've been doing different types of cleansing.

However, I'd like to try MH's product and method at this time.

I went to his websites, but I'm overwhelmed.
If any followers can recommend the product I need, it will be greatly appreciated.

I have no health problem & no symptoms of any illness.
Just want to start my routine of cleansing with MH’s.
