Take it easy for a while, and remember cleansing resonates with ALL of yourself. Pamper yourself. It was probably also an emotional shock to actually see the parasites come out. The three-week herbal program probably killed or weakened them enough to be removed by the flush. Your positive mental attitude helps too. I know you have one just by the fact you're flushing for the third time! Without the invaders in your body, you're going to have more energy to put towards becoming your best You.
