A couple of months ago I started The Anti-Candida Diet which is simular to what you've written really. I had no asthma for the whole 2 months I stayed on the diet. Usually I have it fairly regularly. I was meant to be on the diet for 4 months but messed up. The asthma came back. Ive noticed dairy seems to be the main problem, but I think white flour products also play a part. So although I failed the diet, i have learnt a valuable lesson from it and plan to use it as a basic guideline of how to eat generally from now on. I definatly agree with you - its worth a try!
