Anyone looking for an asthma cure should read this
I had asthma for years. I used to be on an albuterol inhaler and had to use it daily. For a while I was also experimenting with once a day preventitive pills. It's funny, when I started using them I experienced no relief, but when I stopped the condition got worse.
Here's the alternative, and I would challenge anyone to try it and say it doesn't work. Diet and Exercise. I used to think that my difficulty breathing after big meals was due to my full stomach, but it wasn't; it was inflammation caused by food. Proper diet and exercise both reduce inflammation.
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, zero processed fats (trans-fats, corn oil, soy oil, etc.), lots of healthy proteins like eggs and meat(free range), and lots of healthy fats like coconut oil, olive oil, walnuts, raw egg yokes, raw dairy, etc. Generally avoid anything processed, especially processed grains, sugars, and fats. Cutting out those three things alone will do wonders for your asthma. Drink lots of water between meals and avoid sugary drinks that can aggravate insulin levels, causing inflammation. Avoid large meals consisting of grains even if that grain is a healthy one like brown rice or stone cut oatmeal. High carbohydrate meals should be eaten after exercise when your insulin is the most sensitive. Aviod combining large portions of proteins and starches in the same meal.
As for exercise, I won't go into any detail. Just find something you enjoy to do and could do for the rest of your life.
Look around on the internet for an anti-inflammitory diet. You don't have to go crazy with all the spices and such, just make sure you're eating generally unprocessed foods.
Good luck.
