hi Mike the zapper only kills parasites, viruses and bacteria in the blood stream, it does not get into the organs , the herbs are one way to kill parasites and the zapper is another way the more ways you do it the more you will get it is advised to zap while doing the parasite cleanse. I zap every day I haven't had the flu in 3 years (I used to get it once a year) Judy
