its possible its upsetting some bacteria or fungus in your system. take the smallest amount you can take without it disturbing you, even if its literally a thimble full. then take that amount for a week or more. then increase the dosage very very slowly over time. if it starts to disturb you again, then cut back and slowly increase again.
