If you like your meat as it is, so to speak, why don't you just make a dressing that parasites hate?
I make a chilli sauce,using tomatoes, hot chillies, garlic, cayenne pepper,and whatever else you want in there. the hotter the better. Apparently they hate that stuff. Just stick it all in the blender and its good as a chilled dip or whatever. I use it with meat (dont like raw meat, but I dont like it bland either. Used to love my sauces before I had to give them all up for my candida).
I also eat loads of pumpkin seeds which kills a lot of them anyway. And you said you do pineapple.
With all that you should pretty much keep them at bay even with your raw meat.
