no, not necessarily. it is well known that some avenues of elimination get overwhelmed and then cease to function due to constipation. i believe that constipation in the hair folicle would cause the hair to stop growing. this may , in some individuals and especially the male gender, encourage new hair growth somewhere else, opening up a new pathway to eliminate. age would play a part in this due to the slow build up of toxins over time. i like the theory and it really seems to fit. further scrutiny and discussion is well advised.
