using the bible as a health book

the bible is the word of god. jesus is the word, and he is also our great physician. to use the bible as a health book is not blasphemous. how can bringing healing and the joy of a healthy body formed by god himself be blasphemous to him? if it were not necessary to learn to be good stewards of the body, we would not be given one in the first place. if our flesh automatically did what was best for us, we would not need instruction. what better place to get all of our instructions for living than the word?
