Re: Telman's 37th and 38th Flush reports - Final
It seems to be important to be alkaline after reading different websites, but in my case I can't feel it, actually I wonder sometimes if I felt better when may be my body was less.
We are all so different, for now I stay alkaline with plant products and minerals.
I mainly used Ayurveda type eating, for awhile just vegetarian, but now I have added meat according to other Ayurveda books. Andreas always suggested to use minerals though he is not a supplement person. It was that I never got around to it.
I tried Sole and it did not work for me.
So my main style is foodcombining, 1 fruit and 1 carbohydrate a day, since I found out according to metabolic typing some people (30%)can't get alkaline with the regular suggestions, like carbodydrates and too much fruit.
Liverflushing always gives me a lift so I will do them every 6 weeks or so, if I feel sluggish I do one.
In the last year I have added urine therapy and ozonated water, also once in awhile different types of baths.
So my suggestion is keep reading ALL forums and websites and try one thing at a time.
There is no one clear answer.
Most people who are here for awhile do a lot of different things and not just 1 protocol.
I always have used
Epsom Salts rather regularly and I am not the only one.
Always have liked it.
So here I am a combo of Andreas, Owen,
Oxypowder , urine therapy, oxygen and MH forums.
(Sorry Molly I dropped the oil pulling again, but not because I don't believe in it, I ran out of hours in the day :) ).
Sometimes I fall off the wagon and I carry my enzymes (Owen) with me when I eat the wrong food combo's.
And to-night I might need it because we had some delicious wine left over from last night. And later I will have my GreenMax drink etc. so I will feel fine to- morrow.
