easier to exercise
OK, I don't know if this is due to my ongoing oil pulling or the new addition of large amounts of EFAs to my diet (2 tablespoons of flax oil a day) BUT I have noticed that it is getting easier to push the pedals on my exercise bike. I mean, it's easier to get started, and it's not a horrible effort to keep going. It's like my body isn't rebelling against the exercise like it almost always has.
You know, I used to think some of us are born couch potatoes, but now I'm thinking maybe an EFA deficiency was my problem all along. I mean, how much flax or hemp have I had in my diet through the years?? How many times have I eaten raw eyeballs or brain after downing an animal?? (Ew Yuck, but that's a major & good source of EFAs, or so says Udo).
I am learning SO MUCH lately! My blood
Sugar has been creeping up, so I also decided I have to get deadly serious about stopping my prediabetic condition from worsening... since diabetes is a deadly disease. I bought Mike Davis' "How to Halt Diabetes in 25 Days" with a PDF download, and you know one of the things he says in there?? JUST WHAT TRAPPER'S BEEN PREACHING!! We need oil, lots of oil, healthy oils, and points out it's a known fact that people who eat healthy oils have lower body fat. (News to me!) I don't remember who recommended his "Health Ranger" website, but THANK YOU to whoever did. I have Stevia and spirulina on order to help me along.
Hey Trapper, remember saying you were thinking of an
Oil Enema about 60 days ago?? Udo Erasmus (author of "Fats That Heal...") recommends exactly that for internal cleansing!! Ding, ding, ding! The things we're discussing and experimenting with on Curezone are all right on the money.
In any case, it's easier to exercise, I have more energy, and I'm only a little of the way into Mike's program. I'm planning on doing his program in 25 weeks instead of 25 days -- to give myself more of a chance to make these changes permanant. Four changes for the month of December.
The thought of getting healthy enough to shed all my excess weight almost has me in tears.
