No, nobody is saying that human were fish . . . norchimpanzees . . . nor mosquitos.

And all the species grew male and female spontaniously so each species could multiply and perpetuate their developing species.

No again, not all species are male or female.

Check into any basic scientific text on evolution.  One geared to younger readers will have more pictures of fossils.
