Re: Literally freezing hands and feet

I sometimes put cayenne pepper in my socks/shoes. It isn't an "answer" but it warms them. Sometimes I mix it with a salve, and rub it in. It's pretty funny when you are out somewhere (shoe store) and opps, your feet are pink.

Cayanne comes in different heats, be careful. Always. Listen to your body. But sometimes you just need to be WARM. Sometimes I sleep with a hot water bottle at my feet. Hand rub briskly, think "energy ball" chi gong, whatever, that helps hands. Armpits are warm (lol)

My condition is getting better--stress and stuff "cools" me quickly. Also, jumping helps. Rebounding.

listen to all the good advice. And the answers are all around. best wishes. You could also visualize being warm. Right now I'm going to drink some ginger tea in honor of our quest for warmth. I think living fully is the answer, and I've shut down too long. But it is coming. Warmth from head to toe. Stretch--emotionally, physically, spirtually. I'm writing this for ME, really. Hope perhaps it helps.
peace and joy,
pj
