Another barrier broken! (Grinning!)

Oh for goodness' sake!

You know the stones stuck in my gallbladder, after the herbal flush, and while I take my 30 days of Humaworm?

Well, last night I went to bed early, and decided to reread a nice meditation I had found on CureZone and printed out.

I read in bed on my stomach, with a pillow across my lower ribs. My head rests on a hand and elbow.

I haven't used this position for many months.

This time, as often before, I fell asleep...a couple of times. Each time, I awoke with awful pains in my wrists, etc. When my hubby came to bed, he had to lie on the 12 inches left of his side...my head was on his pillow.

Soon after, I was up, put in an hour on the computer, had a nice bathroom visit, and went back to bed.

I slept well, had my morning routine and breakfast, and visited the bathroom once more.

There went at least one gallstone! I didn't look, except to notice the orangish color of the stool. That has come to mean a flush of bile that moves too quickly to become brown by bacterial action.

I believe I lost at least one stone, painlessly, simply by lying on my stomach for a time!
