We are good honey, thanks for asking.
we made some changes around here (like switching to vonage for our phone service and lessening our cable channels---to come up with the $$)....
to join a really ritzy private club and have personal trainers now to whip our fat butt's into shape!
we always went walking and ate right but the weight never came off after the dreaded Lupron and Perganol injections--for me :(
so, we decided to bring in the BIG GUNS, do it up RIGHT and give it our best shot!
never enjoyed exercising before in my life but the Pro's really make it fun and encourage you to do more
It's a blast. I meet with them, they tell me what to do, I do it and I feel a whole lot better! I actually look forward to exercising for the first time in my life!
they even provide the clothing there and big plush SPA ROBES so all we have to do is SHOW UP!!!
I think it pays to go to a really good club
They have really good food and activities too! with SPA Selections.......and that's what we do.....
Go, work out........then eat a really healthy tasty meal :)
Sure wish I thought about this a long time ago!!!
NO weight has come off yet but we just joined the day after thanksgiving....so, it will take some time.
But we both feel better already. My energy has increased and so has your uncles :)
I used to be asleep by 8pm, now I'm up at midnight and keep going all day long
I want to get my energy back so I can eventually go back to a career and make some $$
It's been a 3 year break so far and I never didn't work before my health became bad
I worked over 30 years without a break until I fell apart 3 years ago.
But Thanks to GOD, CUREZONE, LIVER FLUSHING, EATING RIGHT and now EXERCISING.....
the old Aunt and Uncle are S-L-O-W-L-Y but S-U-R-E-L-Y getting our strength, energy, health back! 2007 is looking pretty good!
